Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Consultation Fees 
Fees paid for legal consultations (in-person, phone, or online) are non-refundable, as they cover the lawyer’s time and professional advice.

2. Case Filing & Legal Services 
Once a case has been filed, drafted, or any legal work has been initiated, no refunds will be issued. 
In cases where services cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to us (e.g., lawyer unavailability), a partial or full refund may be considered.

3. Advance Payments 
Any advance paid for ongoing cases will be adjusted against future invoices. Refunds are only applicable if no work has been initiated.

4. Mode of Refund 
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the transaction.
